"Rose," the second French film to screen at Circle Cinema this February, opens with regular showtimes starting Friday, February 14. To celebrate, Tulsa’s Alliance Française will host a mixer on Sunday, February 16, at 2:30 PM, followed by a special screening of the film at 3:30 PM.
